Heritage Isle is a 478 acre, active adult, 55 + gated neighborhood in Melbourne, Florida. It is part of Viera which is a master-planned community located on the Florida Space Coast. Heritage Isle consists of eight individual villages which are all connected by beautifully landscaped Legacy Boulevard. Luscious trees, plants, and grass covered mounds frame the meandering route. Single family, villa, duplexes, and condominiums provide a broad spectrum of homes for full-time and part-time residents. The grass is cut, the shrubs are trimmed, the trees are shaped, the lawns are fertilized, the homes are painted on the outside, and you can just enjoy paradise because it is all done for you.
